A “Future Opportunities” posting is not an active opening. It is a way to express interest in a specific job type (for example, Software Development) and submit your resume for future consideration. If a relevant role becomes available and your qualifications match our needs, we may contact you. Otherwise, you should not expect an update regarding your application.
Once you select the opening(s) you wish to be considered for, you will need to complete an online application which will ask you to attach a resume and academic transcript (official/unofficial are both accepted). Be sure your resume is tailored for the role and uploaded in PDF format. Cover letters are optional.
Vidcruiter is an online interview platform which requires candidates to answer a few behavioural questions via laptop, tablet or mobile phone. You will have 30 seconds to review each question, and up to 1.5 minutes to record each answer. Video responses must be submitted within five days of receiving the invitation link.
Unfortunately, you are only given one chance to complete the Vidcruiter digital interview and will not be able to redo any answers once it has been recorded.
Bell will host events at several different universities. Please consult your school's career centre to sign-up, or please consult our student career hub.
Even if Bell does not recruit at your school, you are still welcome to apply if you meet the qualifications.
Once you submit your application online, you will receive a confirmation email. As we receive many applications, it may take a few months to review all submissions.
Interview schedules for each program vary and run between October to March. If you are selected for an interview, a program manager will get in touch to schedule a meeting. At the end of our recruitment process, you will receive a final email confirming your application status. We appreciate your patience!

Our application process involves a video interview. Please keep an eye on your spam folder for the invite, as it may end up there. You will have 72 hours to complete the interview once you receive the invite before it gets expired, so please make sure to check your email regularly.
