Bell Let's Talk: now more than ever, every action counts

At Bell, we believe that the mental health of our team members is essential to achieving personal and organizational success. Workplace leadership is one of the four key pillars of the Bell Let’s Talk mental health initiative, and Bell is committed to leading by example in our own workplace by promoting mental health and supporting team members with a mental illness.

Training & communications
Our best-in-class training programs and awareness campaigns are fundamental components to fostering a mentally healthy workplace. Bell provides training to all employees, including mandatory training for all team leaders.

In addition to publishing weekly mental health articles and an intranet site, Bell offers team members a variety of seminars, and other activities that promote mental health awareness during three annual campaigns: Bell Let’s Talk Day, Mental Health Week, and Mental Illness Awareness Week.
Employee support & workplace standards
Bell provides excellent mental health benefits and programs, including an Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP), Internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT), and LifeSpeak on-demand video library.

We support the adoption of the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace across corporate Canada. We continue to build sustainable programs that have a powerful impact on organizational health and the well-being of individual team members.
