• Your leader will reach out to provide details about your first day. If possible, we also recommend you reach out to your Bell Buddy to introduce yourself.

Get a head start

• Read the New hire guide. It contains an overview of tasks you will need to complete during your first few months.

On Day 1

Your first day can be both nerve-racking and exciting. Take your time to settle in with these activities.

Connect with your team

• Meet your leader, Bell Buddy, colleagues, and go on a tour of your work environment.

Get set up

• Connect with your leader to make sure you have all the necessary equipment, tools and accesses you need.

Complete your profile

• You will be asked to provide information such as banking and contact details. This information will be used to finalize your employee profile.

First weeks

Your first weeks are all about learning, so don’t hesitate to reach out to your leader or buddy with any questions.

Learn more about your role

• Connect with your leader to get more context on your role and responsibilities, as well as your team and business unit.

Complete learning activities

• You will complete learning activities that will help you learn about Bell and navigate through our resources and tools.
