Summary

The Brand team works collaboratively with all business units to ensure brand consistency across Bell communications including digital experiences, advertising and design. Brand also supports our sponsorship, marketing communications, bell.ca, social media and market insights teams.
 

This is a great opportunity to execute Paid Social campaigns for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the country. We are actively seeking a Paid Social Specialist in either our Montreal or Toronto office who will become an integral member of our Digital Performance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and shape campaign strategy to continuously improve account performance.
  • Perform quality control on peer outputs including reports, post analyses, campaign setups and any other deliverables adhering to Bell’s standards and best practices. 
  • Monitor campaign budgets to make sure they are pacing properly and that all reporting, launch and deliverable deadlines are met. Ensure consistency of ad specs, campaign set-up and objectives.
  • Ability to facilitate tagging and successfully manage performance campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with internal account teams (offline and online) to make sure we are running fully integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in the Social Marketing industry in North America through constant research, article reading, webinars, and industry events. 

 

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Social marketing. 
  • Experience managing campaign set up and execution.
  • Proven track record of success in managing, optimizing, and reporting on Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge on Facebook and LinkedIn paid media opportunities. Familiar with Pinterest, Snap, and TikTok and other ad offerings is an asset.
  • Ability to integrate Paid Social campaigns into larger digital initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with an innate ability to generate actionable insights from data interpretation.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of ad verification and brand safety tools (DoubleVerify, MOAT, etc.)
  • Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner.
  • Passion for data, emerging media and technology.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Ability to develop and foster relationships with media partners.
