Here's what our graduate leadership and interns have to say
The internship program was a fantastic introduction to Bell's impact as an industry leader. In a small project team, we were given the autonomy to explore a business problem and make meaningful recommendations to top executives. We were supported by our mentors and project sponsor who helped guide our project to success.
Lianna, Queen's University - Commerce
I loved my experience as an intern in Bell's field operations program. Unlike fictitious business problems we are presented with in university, the internship gave us the opportunity to solve an actual problem the company faces. Finding out a few months later that the strategies we proposed were implemented made this internship even more rewarding!
Geneviève Côté, McGill University - Commerce
While interning for Bell, I was amazed by the guidance my peers offered to help advance myself on personal and professional levels. I was drawn to the number of opportunities that Bell had to offer as well as the culture for incentivizing growth while supporting a healthy work-life balance. I look forward to continuing my career at Bell and the opportunities that come my way.
Salma, McMaster University - Software Engineering
When I joined Bell in 2017, I was excited by the huge potential it had to offer as a leader in the telecommunications industry. I was able to analyse data to forecast and make decisions while working with a highly committed and dynamic team on a daily basis. Bell has given me all the opportunities that I had hoped for and more.
Charlotte, University of Western Ontario - HBA
The internship program gave me the opportunity to establish a well-rounded view of the network and hands on experience. This prepared me for my current role as a fiber to the home designer in the New Grad Program. It also allowed me to experience Bell’s caring company culture. The values resonated with me, which led to continuing my personal career growth within Bell.
Kiana, University of Ottawa - Chemical Engineering
The Data Engineering team at Bell has always encouraged me to pursue my passions and take them to the next level, exposing me to challenging tasks that require cross-functional knowledge as well as interpersonal skills. Bell helps you be on top of your game!
