My career at Bell has begun 18 years ago, but my journey has started in 1988, as a cleaner in Bell’s offices. As I mopped floors, vacuumed, and cleaned the bathrooms, one of the things that I noticed was how happy people were. They were high fiving each other, cheering, ringing a bell - I guess they were happy to close a sale. Now, I'm happy to support the Ottawa sales team as a Team Leader within SMB Sales. It has been an honour and a privilege to work with all my colleagues and to have met mentors who have nurtured me from beginning to end. The mission statement for our team is to be recognized as the "#1 sales team there is, there was and there ever will be”. So far, we have collected multiple President Club awards and All-Star awards, and we’re constantly promoting within the team to support our partners and each other, and we’re just getting started. The best is yet to come.


As a Team Leader, my day starts with acknowledging my team's previous performance. My goal is to provide insights, create a sense of elevation, foster pride, and build connections. My role also has an administrative portion, where I schedule meetings and arrange call listening sessions. Among our daily tasks, I also encourage my team members to develop their personal skills by listening to audiobooks and podcasts on leadership, sales, team building, and management. The objective is to build each of our front line sales professionals into potential future team leads.


I'm so grateful to Bell for providing me with many opportunities to grow.
